We believe that people of all ages need to hear the gospel, get saved, and grow in the Lord. One of the most effective tools to accomplish these goals is the Bible Training program. Realizing that some adults have the attitude that Sunday School is for kids, we decided to call our program Bible Training since the Bible will be the topic of conversation. Each Sunday morning at 9:15 we have various adult classes meeting to discuss the Bible and to find practical answers to today's problems. The classes are divided into six departments. Singled Out (Singles), The Point (Singles), Building Faithful Families, Bereans, Ambassadors, and Young at Heart. We also have several special classes that minister to our Deaf, the Spanish, Newlyweds, Ladies, and English as a Second Language.

Our goals for our classes are basic but essential. At Morningside it is our desire to see every Morningsider active in the work of evangelism. Our Bible Training program is the church organized to fulfill the Great Commission. Through the teaching of the Word of God, the activities, and the personal attention, we endeavor to edify each believer in their walk with the Lord. Our Bible Training program also gives our people an opportunity to be equipped to do the work of the ministry and to put in practice what they have learned. In all that we do, we desire to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ.
