Pig Pickin'? What is a "Pig Pickin'"? Well the short answer is a southern gathering centered around a barbecue feast.

Morningside celebrates our yearly Pig Pickin' as a means of End-of-Summer fellowship. Through games, rides, contests, and some of the best food in the world, we bring our members, friends and neighbors together.

We have our Pig Pickin' at the Riverbend Equestrian Park with its spacious meeting/eating grounds, and wonderful facilities for a great Church gathering!

We have Horse rides, hayrides, petting zoo, face painting, volleyball and horsehoe competitions.

The church supplies the barbecue pork and grilled chicken, backed beans, beverages and all paper products. Church members provide the other items to complete an awesome buffet of wonderful food!
